Philanthropist Mrs. Amaka Alinta-Oriaku is a responsible wife, mother, mentor and role model to many young people. She is from Emudo Nenwe, married to Hon. Kingsley Oriaku.
Her love for education, human empowerment and passion for Nenwe development motivated the good works to her father Land.
On 27th of December 2020, she handed over several development projects to Emudo community in Nenwe, Aninri LGA, Enugu State.
1. Construction of Ikete bridge that links her community to the main road in Nenwe
2. Grading of Uhekurumchi
road for easy access to her community.
3. Construction of culvert at Avor Emudo
1. Construction of Solar Street Light in Uhekurumuchi
2. Contributed to the payment of community Electricity bills
As a member of security committee of Nenwe, she has also contributed and supported Nenwe Police station
Mrs Amaka Alinta Oriaku believed in the saying that “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.” “Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.” “If you think education is expensive, try ignorance.” “The only person who is educated is the one who has learned how to learn …and change.”
Last year, Mrs Amaka Alinta Oriaku Presented a cheque to take care of 100 WAEC candidates across Awgu High School, Nenwe, Girls High School, Nenwe and Community Secondary School, Emudo Nenwe.
She constructed and renovated primary and secondary schools in Emudo Nenwe.
Attracted a block of classrooms to Awgu high school, Nenwe with the help of Chief Nestor Ezema Chairman, PPSMB
She also, attracted 3 classroom blocks and a principals office to Community Secondary school, Emudo with the help of Chief Ikeje Asogwa, the Chairman ENSUBEB.
She delivered a mentorship lecture which is titled: FUTURE – HOW TO OVERCOME FAILURE AND BE SUCCESSFUL, to the students of Girls high school Nenwe.
She later expended the empowerment and mentorship programs to Nenwe Youth Initiative a recognised youth group in Nenwe with branches all over Nigeria.
Amaka Oriaku Alinta also Sponsored Medical outreach at Nenwe medical center where the people of Nenwe had the opportunity to check their health status and get treated.
She also sensitized communities in Nenwe following the outbreak of coronavirus…in her word “health is wealth”.
On a yearly basis Mrs Amaka Alinta Oriaku celebrates Christmas with the poor where she shares wrappers, bags of rice, groundnut oil and Indomie etc.
She also mobilized and lead a delegation to a courtesy calls and presented a well articulated developmental need of her people to;

2. Hon. Tobi Okechuwu, Deputy Minority Leader, House of Representatives and member representing Aninri/Awgu/Ojiriver
3. Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, State Minister of Education
She has assisted about 10 young people to get job and gave financial assistance to about 20 youths to support their business.
